No! We can assist you in finding the ideal location for your home. In most circumstances the cost of the lot and the cost of the home can be rolled into one contract. This will decrease the amount of down payment money you need and actually simplifies the loan precess!
Depending on the plan and location, between 100 and 150 days.
No! The cost of design and plans are included when you choose one of our Model Home Packages. Big Sky Builders can recommend and work with an architect or designer to assist you if your needs are outside our standard Model Home Packages.
Your down payment in many cases can be as little as five percent of the sale price.

In most cases you can select the siding and paint colors inside and out, appliance and flooring colors, phone and TV connection locations, cabinet and counter top colors. There are many other things you can work with the builder on to customize your home such as upgraded plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile, skylights, fireplaces, custom decks, etc. You will be given allowances to spend on some items and may choose whatever selections fall within the allowance!
That is a blessing, not a problem. In most cases the down payment and principal that you have already paid toward your lot can be used as the down payment on your new home!
